DESCRIPTION – TERRAINE JACKET – CASUAL
Before anything else: this jacket is built tougher than most designer jackets will ever be. It’s cut and stitched for real motorcycle use, using AA-rated, water-repellent Armalith® denim – not fragile fashion fabric. If you decide to wear it only as a casual jacket, you’re essentially under-using it; treated well, it will last for many years. This is not a seasonal piece – it’s an investment for Mo’cycle Riders who want their “everyday jacket” to quietly be real motorcycle gear.

Ride like the main character even when you’re just commuting to work. The Mo’cycle® Terraine Jacket is our long-cut field jacket reworked as a pure outer shell for the Airbag Generation: all the style, pockets and ventilation of the full Terraine system, delivered without armor so you can wear it your way, build your own impact setup and still have a jacket that is designed for realistic slides, not just street photos.
It’s built in the same AA-rated, water-repellent Armalith® denim we use in the Liam Airbag Vest, Melvin Airbag Jeans and S52 Adventure Pants – so you can build a perfectly matching outfit from helmet to boots. Stealth-black, technical and tough, it looks like a clean city jacket but is engineered for real slides and light rain, produced in limited pre-order batches for riders who act before the window closes.

The Terraine Jacket – Casual is built from the ground up as rider-first hardware that just happens to look like a premium urban jacket. The long cut helps keep your lower back covered in riding position, while the classic 4-pocket layout and stealth finish make it easy to wear at work, on trips and in the city. For Impact Sliders who live in their gear, this becomes the “default jacket” – the one you grab whether you’re riding or not.

VENTILATION & COMFORT
• Large zip vents from underarm down the side with abrasion mesh behind – open for serious airflow in traffic, close when it cools down.
• Soft, flexible outer that breaks in like a favorite jacket, not stiff gear.
• Adjustable cuffs and hem so you can tune the fit over gloves and pants.

The ventilation system is designed for real-world heat: city congestion, summer evenings, long days commuting. We start production from the very beginning: spinning thread, preparing materials, and building the fabric that combines cotton with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for extreme abrasion performance. Then comes the airbag manufacturing, assembly, testing and CE-related processes.

This is a multi-step build. We are not Amazon.

RELOAD & RIDE AGAIN

The Mo’cycle® airbag module is reusable, provided it remains structurally intact after a crash. The airbag itself is designed to withstand one real-world crash.

The CO₂ cartridge is the consumable part; If you have been in a high-speed crash, replace the complete airbag system. If the crash was a minor incident at low-speed with no visible damage to the airbag, cartridge area, fabric or stitching, carefully inspect it – test inflate with a spare cartridge and inspect the airbag while inflated as well. When in doubt, treat it as a high-speed crash and replace the full airbag system anyway.

Inspect the garment and airbag - Check that nothing is broken, torn or heavily abraded, test inflate and inspect as well.
Replace the spent CO₂ cartridge - Use a new cartridge of the correct size.

Re-arm the trigger - Follow the instructions for your model.
Clip back in and you are ready for the next ride.

Mo’cycle designed and invented the lower-body airbag module. To manufacture it at the level a life-saving device demands, we partnered with Helite in France, a specialist airbag company with R&D, labs, manufacturing, and quality control based in Dijon, France.

Mo’cycle invention - Helite production: we own the design; Helite manufactures it for us.
Made in France & final quality control in Sweden: Helite finalizes the airbag module in France with quality controls before sending it to us in Sweden for final quality checks.
