The Mo’cycle® Aura Coat is what happens when a classic trench coat and a serious motorcycle jacket have a beautiful, slightly dangerous baby.

Before anything else, understand this: this coat is built to a far higher durability standard than most designer outerwear. It’s designed for real-world motorcycle use and made from AA-rated, water-repellent Armalith® denim instead of delicate fashion fabrics. If you only ever wear it as a casual coat, you’re under-using what it can do – with normal care, it’s built as a long-term piece, not a single-season trend.

Long cut, sharp lines, double-breasted front and a stealth-black sheen give it a cinematic presence on and off the bike. The Aura Coat is made for riders who want a refined, confident look while wearing a garment that’s been engineered for motorcycle use. You wear the coat – not the other way around.

The Moto Pack version adds integrated CE impact protectors, so the Aura Coat is ready for riding straight out of the box.

The Aura Coat is made from the same water-repellent, AA-rated Armalith® motorcycle denim as our Melvin Jeans, Emma Pants, S52 Adventure Pants and Liam Airbag Vest, making it easy to build a coordinated outfit from top to bottom.

VENTILATION & COMFORT

Underarm and side ventilation zippers – Mesh-backed vents under the arms and along the sides for airflow in traffic and warmer conditions.
Water-repellent outer fabric – Armalith® chassis helps shed light rain and road spray.
Wind coverage – The long, double-breasted cut helps shield the chest and upper legs from wind on the bike.
Practical pocket layout – Water-resistant zipper pockets and a chest pocket help keep phone, keys and wallet more sheltered from light rain while riding.

THE FEELING

Behind the tailored exterior, the Aura Coat – Moto Pack is equipped for motorcycle use with CE impact armor and AA-rated abrasion performance in the main chassis:

AA-rated Armalith® motorcycle denim – Main fabric designed and certified for abrasion resistance in motorcycle environments (EN 17092-3:2020, Class AA).
Integrated Knox Micro-Lock impact protectors:
Shoulders: S Type A, CE EN 1621-1:2012, Level 2.
Elbows: E/K Type B, CE EN 1621-1:2012, Level 2.
Back: Knox Micro-Lock FB back protector, CE Level 2.
Discreet protector pockets – Keep the coat looking clean and tailored off the bike while allowing the armor to be removed or upgraded.

For riders who want an additional impact-safety layer, the Aura Coat is designed to pair well with the Liam Airbag Vest worn over the coat and airbag jeans below. Traditional impact protectors offer important impact performance, especially at lower speeds; an airbag system can add another layer of impact-energy management in more severe crashes when used correctly.

Production starts two weeks after the pre-order deadline has ended. Estimated delivery is summer 2026 for the first batch. This is an estimate, and we are heavily dependent on third party suppliers, which are out of our control. If the timeline changes, we’ll update you by email.

We start production by spinning the thread and our supplier picks the cotton from the fields, combining the cotton fibers with Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight-Poly-Ethelene (space tech. fibers with extreme abrasion properties). We do not mass-produce, everything is made upon pre-order. We hope you understand the multi-step manufacturing processes involved in creating Airbags, CE certifications and so on, if not, please do not consider making a pre-order from us. We are not Amazon. When you pre-order, you become a part of the whole journey and whatever obstacles come up when inventing and producing something new.

RELOAD & RIDE AGAIN

The Mo’cycle® airbag module is reusable, provided it remains structurally intact after a crash. The airbag itself is designed to withstand one real-world crash.

The CO₂ cartridge is the consumable part; If you have been in a high-speed crash, replace the complete airbag system. If the crash was a minor incident at low-speed with no visible damage to the airbag, cartridge area, fabric or stitching, carefully inspect it – test inflate with a spare cartridge and inspect the airbag while inflated as well. When in doubt, treat it as a high-speed crash and replace the full airbag system anyway.

Inspect the garment and airbag - Check that nothing is broken, torn or heavily abraded, test inflate and inspect as well.
Replace the spent CO₂ cartridge - Use a new cartridge of the correct size.

Re-arm the trigger - Follow the instructions for your model.
Clip back in and you are ready for the next ride.
