The 51-li Airbag Outfit 2-Piece is a top-to-bottom airbag system built around two core garments: the Liam Airbag Vest for upper body and neck, and the S51 Adventure Airbag-Ready Pants for your hips, thighs and legs. Together with the Mo’cycle® Impact Backup V1 lower-body airbag module and a full KNOX Micro-Lock® armor stack, it turns you into a moving safety system while you still look like a serious adventure rider, not a crash-test dummy.

Liam surrounds your chest, ribs, spine, collarbone and upper neck with an inflatable vest built in AA-rated denim, with a Level 2 back pad riding on the outside of the airbag for the Mo’cycle “sandwich” effect. S51 is the award-winning evolution of the platform that produced the jeans FortNine called “the safest pants ever made, a fact” – a transformer adventure chassis designed to become one of the safest pants on the market when fully equipped with the airbag and all 6 impact protectors. In this bundle, you get the lot: back pad, hip pads, knee & shin pads and leg pads, all in KNOX Micro-Lock® material tuned to work together with the airbags.

Mechanical tether triggers – No batteries, apps or charging. Clip in and ride; a crash-level separation is engineered to do the rest.
AA + AAA outer shells – Liam’s AA-rated denim and S51’s AAA-rated Armalith® chassis are built for real slides, not fashion strolls.

Far fewer know what it’s like when your neck, spine, hips, thighs, knees and outer legs are all tied into the same airbag logic. The 51-li outfit gives you that different feeling: you clip in, roll out, and there’s a calm sense that if something does go wrong, a whole hidden system is ready to react in your favor.

Instead of riding in soft trousers and hoping for the best, you feel the quiet weight of real materials – AA- and AAA-rated Armalith® denim, Micro-Lock® armor, CO₂ and air – working for you. You still move, stretch, stand on the pegs and walk around camp like a normal human, but you know that under the fabric there’s lab-tested, mechanically triggered air volume around the zones that usually hit first: knees, hips, thighs, tailbone, chest, ribs and neck.

ONE AIRBAG – MULTIPLE GARMENTS

The Mo’cycle® Airbag Module is compatible across all Mo’cycle® Airbag Jeans and Pants — including Melvin, Kian, Patrick, Ava, Emma, Touran, the S51 Adventure Pants and the S39 Impact Shorts. Once you own the module, you can move it between styles to match your ride, your sport and your wardrobe – one airbag, multiple outfits. That’s how the Mo’cycle system is designed: one piece of impact technology, many ways to wear it.

PROTECTION

This bundle targets the zones that matter most in real crashes: neck, spine, chest and ribs up top; hips, thighs, tailbone, knees, shins and outer legs down low. Liam wraps the torso and builds a firm collar around the base of the helmet when inflated, aiming to support the neck and upper spine. S51 wraps hips and thighs in an airbag chamber (once the module is installed) and backs it up with six zones of traditional armor and AAA-rated Armalith® denim.

The design logic is simple: let armor and outer fabrics meet the environment first, then drive that energy into the airbags so the air volume and inner structure can help manage and spread the hit before it reaches bone. No system can promise injury-free outcomes, but combining airbags with pads and serious outer fabrics is intended to give you a far better chance than standard gear in many common crash scenarios.

We start production from the very beginning: spinning thread, preparing materials, and building the fabric that combines cotton with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for extreme abrasion performance. Then comes the airbag manufacturing, assembly, testing and CE-related processes.

This is a multi-step build. We are not Amazon.

RELOAD & RIDE AGAIN

The Mo’cycle® airbag module is reusable, provided it remains structurally intact after a crash. The airbag itself is designed to withstand one real-world crash.

The CO₂ cartridge is the consumable part; If you have been in a high-speed crash, replace the complete airbag system. If the crash was a minor incident at low-speed with no visible damage to the airbag, cartridge area, fabric or stitching, carefully inspect it – test inflate with a spare cartridge and inspect the airbag while inflated as well. When in doubt, treat it as a high-speed crash and replace the full airbag system anyway.

Inspect the garment and airbag - Check that nothing is broken, torn or heavily abraded, test inflate and inspect as well.
Replace the spent CO₂ cartridge - Use a new cartridge of the correct size.

Re-arm the trigger - Follow the instructions for your model.
Clip back in and you are ready for the next ride.

DEPLOYMENT: It wraps your lower body in a powerful 360° airbag, firm enough to absorb impact, soft enough to give your body "the hug of safety", helping reduce violent hits, limit twisting, and create vital distance from the asphalt (especially for your knees) when everything happens at once. Mo’cycle designed and invented the lower-body airbag module. To manufacture it at the level a life-saving device demands, we partnered with Helite in France, a specialist airbag company with R&D, labs, manufacturing, and quality control based in Dijon, France.

Mo’cycle invention - Helite production: we own the design; Helite manufactures it for us.
Made in France & final quality control in Sweden: Helite finalizes the airbag module in France with quality controls before sending it to us in Sweden for final quality checks.
