The Terraine Jacket – Moto Pack is for Mo’cycle Riders and Impact Sliders who refuse to trust their upper body to fragile fashion fabric. Before anything else: this jacket is built tougher than most designer jackets will ever be. It’s cut and stitched to handle real motorcycle use, using AA-rated, water-repellent Armalith® denim – not fragile fashion fabric. If you ever decide to use it only as a casual jacket, you’ll basically be under-using it; treated well, it will last for many, many years. This is not a seasonal piece – it’s an investment in long-term riding and upper-body safety performance.

The Mo’cycle® Terraine Jacket – Moto Pack takes that premium outer shell and delivers it ready for the road with CE impact pads included. Long field-jacket silhouette, stealth-black look and serious ventilation are combined with shoulder, elbow and back impact protectors so you can ride with added impact safety as soon as you zip it up.

It’s built in the same AA-rated, water-repellent Armalith® denim as the Liam Airbag Vest, Melvin Airbag Jeans and S52 Adventure Pants, so you can create a perfectly matching outfit from helmet to boots. For Airbag Gliders who add Liam on top, Terraine becomes part of a layered “sandwich” system: AA denim, impact pads and airbag all working together to help manage impact energy instead of letting it go straight into bone. Our products are made for riders who actually want to come back home after a ride – and for the people who quietly check their phones until they do.

PROTECTION
This Moto Pack version is for riders who want the Terraine Jacket set up with impact safety straight out of the box. Inside you’ll find:

CE impact protectors at shoulders and elbows – soft, comfortable pads while you move, designed to firm up under impact (Micro-Lock-style behavior).
CE back impact protector – positioned in the dedicated back pocket for additional spine-area coverage.
Protector pockets designed to layer with the Liam Airbag Vest – when worn together, the vest and pads form a layered safety system around your upper body.

All impact pads are removable, so you can:

Strip it back to a casual shell if you only want the abrasion resistance and weather performance, or
Upgrade or replace armor later if you prefer different CE pads in the future.

DELIVERY
Production starts two weeks after the pre-order deadline has ended. Estimated delivery is summer 2026 for the first batch. This is an estimate, and we are heavily dependent on third party suppliers, which are out of our control. If the timeline changes, we’ll update you by email.

We start production by spinning the thread and our supplier picks the cotton from the fields, combining the cotton fibers with Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight-Poly-Ethelene (space tech. fibers with extreme abrasion properties). We do not mass-produce, everything is made upon pre-order. We hope you understand the multi-step manufacturing processes involved in creating Airbags, CE certifications and so on, if not, please do not consider making a pre-order from us. We are not Amazon. When you pre-order, you become a part of the whole journey and whatever obstacles come up when inventing and producing something new.

RELOAD & RIDE AGAIN

The Mo’cycle® airbag module is reusable, provided it remains structurally intact after a crash. The airbag itself is designed to withstand one real-world crash.

The CO₂ cartridge is the consumable part; If you have been in a high-speed crash, replace the complete airbag system. If the crash was a minor incident at low-speed with no visible damage to the airbag, cartridge area, fabric or stitching, carefully inspect it – test inflate with a spare cartridge and inspect the airbag while inflated as well. When in doubt, treat it as a high-speed crash and replace the full airbag system anyway.

Inspect the garment and airbag - Check that nothing is broken, torn or heavily abraded, test inflate and inspect as well.
Replace the spent CO₂ cartridge - Use a new cartridge of the correct size.

Re-arm the trigger - Follow the instructions for your model.
Clip back in and you are ready for the next ride.
