We start production by spinning the thread and our supplier picks the cotton from the fields, combining the cotton fibers with Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight-Poly-Ethelene (space tech. fibers with extreme abrasion properties).

We do not mass-produce, everything is made upon pre-order.

We work at the edge of development with custom, multi-step production processes, creating new standards like the CE Airbag Protocol PAC-002 (because nobody has done what we are doing before) and inventor-level product design. That means our production is not mass-produced or fully standardized, and we simply cannot predict a future while creating the road we ride. When we have ridden the road several times, only then will we know the exact time it takes to ride the distance. We are at a stage right now when new CE protocols must be created just to certify our products, it’s not just one protocol like the Airbag PAC-002:2014 but several steps to consider when innovating new products. We hope you understand the process of being on the edge of development.

We are not Amazon, we are a pre-order brand, not an e-commerce store with instant delivery. When you pre-order from us, you become a part of the whole journey from the pre-order period, production start, prototype tweaks, CE certification (EU), and whatever obstacles come up when inventing something new. If you want exact delivery dates and instant shipping, please do not order from us. If you have the patience to stay with us through the process, you’re welcome to place a pre-order. Import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country. You, the customer, are responsible for paying all local duties and taxes upon delivery.

• Shipping & CO₂ canisters
Orders are shipped by air, and air freight for CO₂ cartridges (Dangerous Goods) is expensive. For safety and cost reasons, your order may be shipped without CO₂ cartridges. In that case, please purchase 60cc / 100cc threaded CO₂ cartridges locally. If you’re unsure what to buy, contact us and we’ll guide you.
