S39 Motorcycle Impact Shorts

PROTECTION
Out of the box, the S39 Impact Shorts are high-end abrasion-resistant shorts with AAA-rated abrasion resistance. To unlock the full airbag-based impact safety system, you add the Mo’cycle® Airbag module and hip protectors (sold separately).

• AAA-rated abrasion resistance (Armalith®), CE EN 17092-2:2020 – Single-layer performance fabric that looks and feels like premium denim but is tested for real slides.
• High-rise back and thigh straps – Help keep the shorts in place if you slide.
• Airbag-ready construction – Built-in airbag zipper channel to accept the Mo’cycle® Airbag (add-on).
• Ventilation ports around the thighs – Help dump heat when you are working hard.
• Stretch panels and waist adjustments – Let you move naturally on and off the bike.

Once the airbag is installed you simply clip the mechanical tether to your bike (or belt adapter) and the system is armed. There are no batteries, no charging and no app – it works like a mechanical “dead man’s switch”. If you separate from the bike in a qualifying event, the tether is designed to trigger the airbag, inflating it in milliseconds to surround your hips, thighs and tailbone in a pressurized air volume that works together with the hip protectors (add-ons). Impact energy is managed and spread through the airbag and armor instead of
concentrating directly on your bones, with the goal of reducing injury risk.

Add the 3× detachable HiVis panels (add-on) around the thighs if you want extra visibility in traffic and at night.

Production starts about two weeks after the pre-order deadline ends. Your estimated delivery date is shown in the link above.

Don’t miss the deadline, we don’t mass-produce and we don’t make extra units.

We start production from the very beginning: spinning thread, preparing materials, and building the fabric that combines cotton with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for extreme abrasion performance. Then comes the airbag manufacturing, assembly, testing and CE-related processes.

This is a multi-step build. We are not Amazon.

If you need immediate delivery, wait and buy at full price through a retailer (if they stock your size and model). If you pre-order, you’re joining the full journey, including the realities of creating and producing new safety technology.
