- Optimal for warm climates
- Ventilation-mode & Shorts-mode
S52 - AA rated (BLACK)

The goal is to make it home to your partner, your kids, the people who really don’t care what you ride, only that you walk through the door again.
-
Impact-first protection: CE-rated Airbag built for the moment that does the damage —> the hit <— not just the slide.
-
Coverage that makes sense: AAA & AA-rated abrasion resistant fabric for the slide and CE-rated Airbag + Pads for the impact.
-
6X Protectors + 1X Airbag: Traditional pads working together with the Airbag to fight impact energy.
-
Loved ones: the investment isn’t for your ego as your bike; it’s for the people waiting at home.
-
Proof beats promises: real crashes, real riders, verifiable CE standards and lab data, no blind trust required. 11 riders saved & counting!
-
Ventilation: Zip off to ventilation mode and cool off within minutes, zipp off to shorts-mode and cool off within seconds, even on the hottest days. Ventilation that finally works.
-
Pre-order price, not discount logic: this is the real trade value of placing a pre-order, same pricing as the retail-buy-price.
51 Fewer Problems On The Ride
The problems we riders actually live with: the heat that makes you compromise real gear or makes you drain in sweat, the rain and road spray that ruin the day, the annoying pockets and bad access at fuel stops, the constant little frustrations that slowly push you back to “whatever’s easiest.” And then there’s the biggest pain point of all: one unpredictable mistake from someone else, and you pay for it with your body. These 51 Rider Benefits exist to remove that load. To make protection feel wearable, comfort feel normal, and ventilation that ventilates.
-
Impact & Protection: Because the crash you didn’t plan for is the one that changes your life. This is built for the hit, the slam, the first contact points.
-
All-Day Comfort: Because if it’s stiff, bulky, or annoying, you won’t wear it. Un-worn protection protects no one.
-
Ride Modes: Because conditions change mid-ride. Heat, cold, rain, off-road, highway and your gear shouldn’t trap you in one setup.
-
Ventilation: Because overheating is what makes riders cheat. That’s why we built 6 vents and a dedicated Ventilation Mode & Shorts Mode for the hottest days, so you can dump heat fast without abandoning the airbag protection.
-
Everyday Function: Because small friction kills consistency on long rides. Pockets, access, stops, movement, this is built to remove the daily annoyances that make you choose the wrong pants.
Don’t Take Our Word For It - Real proof. Real crashes
You’re not buying a vibe. You’re buying the moment your body hits the ground, when the impact is unfair as Yousuf's case below. So we don’t ask for blind trust. We show you the proof in the correct order: independent validation first, then real crash outcomes, then the standards and facts behind the system. Because when something “seems good”, it isn’t good enough. It either holds up when it matters… or it doesn’t.
- Independent voice, not brand hype: FortNine called our Airbag Jeans “the safest pants ever made, a fact.” S51/S52 build on the same airbag platform with additional 6X protectors, which makes them even safer.
- Trigger confidence: FortNine calls out the system as the safest triggering approach (Mechanical simplicity, predictable, no charging, no software anxiety).
- More protective than traditional pants: not just “CE rated fabric”, real impact management where crashes do damage.
- More comfortable than traditional pants: because comfort is what makes riders wear protection consistently.
- Real crash #1 — Noah (Australia): 75 mph highside on track. The moment you can’t negotiate with.
- Real crash #2 — Yousuf (USA): rear-ended by drunk driver, the kind of crash you didn’t cause and can’t predict.
- Facts you can verify: clear standards, clear performance data, clear explanations, no hiding behind acronyms, Link.
- Trust through transparency: we show what it does, how it works, and the real-world stories that prove it, Link.
The Airbag You’re Trusting
Mo'cycle® Airbag module IBV1 is the engine behind the protection you just saw. It’s why riders feel calm instead of “what if.” We built it to be predictable, mechanical, and simple — no app, no subscription, no mystery. Because with safety gear, the only thing that matters is trust in the moment you don’t control.
After deployment, simply reload the CO₂ cartridge, reset the system, and you’re ready to ride again – no batteries, no charging, just pure mechanical reliability.
-
CE - Airbag Protocol: PAC-002 (12/2024)
-
CE - EN 17092-4:2020
-
Predictable activation: designed to deploy when a crash forces separation — not from normal riding.
-
Serious air volume ~17 Liters: built to cushion the lower-body impact zone, not just “feel padded.”
-
Re-usable: Reload CO₂ (unless you have been in a serious accident)
-
No blind trust required: you can see the module, see how it works, and see it proven in crashes.
-
Fast inflation < 0.12 seconds: the protection arrives in the moment it’s needed, not after the impact.
-
Mechanical trigger: no batteries, no charging, no software anxiety.
Designed by Mo’cycle in Sweden & made in France by Helite
Mo’cycle designed and invented the lower-body airbag module. To manufacture it at the level a life-saving device demands, we partnered with Helite in France, a specialist airbag company with R&D, labs, manufacturing, and quality control based in Dijon, France.
I first contacted Helite’s founder, Gérard Thévenot, back in 2020 when we were still prototyping the Airbag Jeans and that relationship became our production collaboration.
-
Mo’cycle invention - Helite production: we own the design; Helite manufactures it for us.
-
Made in France & final quality control in Sweden: Helite finalizes the airbag module in France with quality controls before sending it to us in Sweden for final quality checks.
-
Founder-led expertise: Helite was founded by French engineer Gérard Thévenot (early 2000s) who invented the Airbag Vest (+25 years ago)
-
Not “hype tech”: we chose a partner with established industrial process, not a random cut-and-sew supplier
-
Why it matters to you: higher consistency, tighter quality control, fewer unknowns.
-
The point: when the moment comes, you don’t want “new.” You want proven production behind a Mo’cycle invention.
Size & Fit
Buying online shouldn’t mean guessing your size. Watch the Size Guide Video and copy what we do:
1. Measure waist + inseam
2. Compare to our size chart
If you’re between sizes, go up one and prioritize riding comfort over a tight “fashion fit.”
If you still feel uncertain, book a free size consultation and we’ll recommend the best setup for your body and riding style.

Secure Your Pre-Order Price
We don’t mass-produce and we don’t hold stock. Instead, you reserve your spot in the production batch and in return you get pre-order pricing (lower than the future full price).
This is the first time in almost 3 years we’re offering true pre-order pricing again. When the window closes, we lock production and prices move up.
If you want any airbag clothes for next riding season, timing matters.
- Lower price now: pre-order = the lowest price you’ll see for this release.
- Not a “discount”: it’s the fair trade for pre-ordering and waiting for production.
- First time in ~3 years: pre-order pricing is back, but only for this window.
- Batch production: we build what riders reserve (no excess inventory costs).
- Transparent timeline: production starts after the window closes, with clear updates.
- Price goes up after: once the batch is set, pricing increases.
- Plan ahead like a serious rider: invest in your body... and your tires.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about our Airbag Clothes
No. You can choose.
- "Motorcycle Pants" = pant only (no airbag included)
- "Airbag Pant" = pant + airbag + protective pads included (ready to ride once set up)
If you already own a Mo’cycle airbag, choose the "Motorcycle Pants" versions and use your existing airbag with it. Add the Protection bundle and get the 6x pads + HiVis panels + Suspender.
Choose S51 if you want maximum abrasion rating (AAA). The S51 is blue which does not absorb the sun light as much as the black one S52. The blue S51 contains more stretch as well so it's more stretchy than the black version S52.
Choose S52 if you want black, a water-repellent chassis, and a cleaner everyday touring/commuting look built for road spray and mixed weather.
If you ride a lot of long-distance and mixed weather: S52. If you want the highest abrasion rating: S51.
No, we have tested that.
You basically need to jump off your bike for the airbag to inflate, it requires around 88 pounds /40 kg of force to activate the airbag.
It’s built to deploy in the kind of crash scenario where separation forces occur, not during normal riding movements.
Watch this video about how the tether is connected to the motorcycle and how it works.
Start with our Size Guide page and watch our size guide video with real rider fit examples — they remove 90% of doubt.
If you’re between sizes, pick the larger size, prioritize comfort over a “tight fashion fit.”

Updated delivery info can be found on our Pre-Order Explained page.
The current batch is planned to go into production in the end of January 2026 for delivery during March/April 2026.
We’re a pre-order brand. We don’t mass-produce or hold stock.
When the pre-order window closes, we lock the batch and move into production. You’ll get clear updates as the build progresses, and the delivery estimate is shared transparently.
If you want S51/S52 for next riding season, ordering earlier reduces the risk of missing your timing and size.
We lead with proof, not hype:
- FortNine calls our airbag jeans “the safest pants ever made, a fact” and highlights the triggering approach and the superior comfort vs traditional pants. Watch their video here.
The S51/ S52 are even safer that the airbag jeans because they have 6x protectors that works together with the airbag.
- We show real crash outcomes, including Noah’s 75 mph highside and Yousuf being rear-ended — the kind of crashes riders can’t plan for. Read the testimonials here.
Think of it like this:
- The airbag module is for impact absorption in key zones during the crash moment.
- The protectors/pads handle targeted point impacts in areas like hips, knees/shins (depending on setup).
Many riders choose both because they work together, but what you need depends on your comfort level and your preferred protection level.
Yes, comfort is a core design goal because comfort is what makes safety consistent.
For heat management, the S51/ S52 pants include 6 vents and dedicated Ventilation-Mode and Shorts-Mode for the hottest days, so you can dump heat fast without giving up the airbag protection.
Zip off to shorts-mode and cool your self down in a matter of minutes, even on the hottest days. Once cooled off zip up the lower legs and use ventilation-mode so you are protected by the abrasion resistant mesh. When day turn into night then zip it up all the way and use them in regular pant-mode.
If you tour, commute, or ride ADV and long-distance, then the S51/ S52 is built for you.

Backed by 4 (out of 5) Dragons 🐉
Mo’cycle® is backed by some of Sweden’s top investors from the TV show Dragon’s Den (Shark Tank), which aired on SVT, Sweden’s biggest TV channel in 2021.
“The Dragons have had our back for almost five years, and they still do. Together, we’ve been through good times and bad, but we’ve always kept going. Grit pays off and in 2024, we started saving people. Our mission is bigger than us. Our DNA has a genuine purpose in this life and in the afterlife.”
— Moses Shahrivar, Founder
Mo’cycle® gained early traction during the prototype stage of the Airbag Jeans, and with support from four of Sweden’s leading investors, the product could be fully developed and launched. Wearable airbags are the next frontier in personal protection, and "really really smart" people understand it. Whether it’s Drew Barrymore, FortNine (2.3M motorcycle followers), the riders we’ve saved, or our investors, they all see the future before everyone else.
