Terraine Jacket – Moto Pack provides AA-rated Armalith® abrasion performance with shoulder, elbow and back protectors positioned in dedicated pockets. Liam adds an upper-body airbag around chest, ribs, spine, collarbone and neck zone, plus its own Micro-Lock® Level 2 back pad. Melvin surrounds hips, thighs, lumbar area and tailbone with a lower-body airbag module and backs it up with Level 2 knee/shin pads and Level 1 hip pads inside AA-rated Armalith® denim.

The design logic is simple: let Armalith® shells and Micro-Lock® pads meet the environment first, then drive that energy into the airbags where possible so the air volume can help spread and manage it before it reaches bone. No system can promise injury-free outcomes, but combining airbags, CE armor and AA-rated outer fabrics is intended to give you a far better chance than standard gear in many real-world scenarios.

ONE AIRBAG – MULTIPLE GARMENTS

The Impact Backup V1 lower-body airbag module (60 cc) is compatible with Mo’cycle® airbag jeans and pants that use the hip/thigh module – including Melvin, Kian, Patrick, Ava, Emma, Touran and selected adventure models. You can move a single module between compatible garments to match your ride and season: black jeans today, blue jeans or adventure pants tomorrow – one airbag, multiple outfits.

Liam, as an upper-body airbag vest, is designed to sit over many different jackets, including Terraine. That means your Temeli setup can evolve: keep the same trusted upper-body airbag while you rotate jackets and pants, building a small system wardrobe instead of buying isolated pieces.

Don’t miss the deadline, we don’t mass-produce and we don’t make extra units.

We start production from the very beginning: spinning thread, preparing materials, and building the fabric that combines cotton with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for extreme abrasion performance. Then comes the airbag manufacturing, assembly, testing and CE-related processes.

This is a multi-step build. We are not Amazon.
