Elbow Pad – KNOX Micro-Lock Level 2
Stay loose on the bike and let the pad stiffen when it matters. This KNOX Micro-Lock elbow protector (Part 362) is the CE-certified impact pad used in Mo’cycle® jackets.
Designed with real-world crashes and everyday riding in mind, it offers high-impact safety performance at the elbow and forearm without turning your jacket into a rigid suit of armor. For Mo’cycle Riders, Impact Sliders and the Airbag Generation, this is one of those invisible upgrades that quietly turn a regular jacket into a more serious upper-body safety setup.

FLEXIBLE, SLIM AND BREATHABLE
• Ergonomic shape: Pre-shaped three-dimensional form that follows the natural bend of your arm.
• Ventilation: Perforated design to help heat escape and reduce hot spots in traffic.
• Low-profile feel: Slim shape that sits smoothly inside the elbow pockets – you feel the comfort more than the bulk.

The idea is simple: freedom of movement while you ride, impact performance when you actually meet the asphalt, handlebars or car panel.

COMPATIBILITY
Use these elbow pads in:
• Mo’cycle® jackets: All Mo’cycle® motorcycle jackets with elbow protector pockets (e.g. Aura Coat, Terraine Jacket and future Mo’cycle outerwear).
• Secure pocket fit: They slide into the dedicated elbow/forearm pockets and are designed to stay in place while riding and during a slide when correctly installed.

Paired with our shoulder pads, back protectors and, for many riders, a Liam Airbag Vest on top, these pads help build the layered impact system that defines the Mo’cycle way of dressing: normal-looking outerwear with serious safety architecture underneath.

PROTECTION / SAFETY PERFORMANCE
• Certification: CE EN 1621-1:2012 – Level 2.
• Coverage marking: E/K Type B – 2 (large-coverage protector for elbow/knee, higher impact attenuation rating in this category).
• Micro-Lock technology: Material is soft and flexible while you move, but firms up under impact to help absorb and spread impact energy away from your elbow and forearm bones.

When combined with KNOX shoulder and back protectors and, optionally, a Mo’cycle® airbag vest worn on top, these pads can form part of a broader upper-body impact safety concept in which airbag and armor work together to help manage impact energy. As with all motorcycle safety equipment, no pad or system can eliminate the risk of injury – but riding with certified armor where crashes actually hit is a core part of the Mo’cycle approach to risk reduction.
