AURA OF THE STARS
The Mo’cycle® Aura Coat is what happens when a classic trench coat and a serious motorcycle jacket have a beautiful, slightly dangerous baby.

The casual Aura Coat is the trench-coat take on motorcycle outerwear – long cut, sharp lines, double-breasted front and a stealth-black sheen that feels like it stepped out of a sci-fi film. It is built in AA-rated Armalith® motorcycle denim, so even when you use it as a stylish everyday coat, you are wearing a shell that is designed for realistic motorcycle slide scenarios rather than delicate fashion fabrics.

This version is sold without impact protectors. If you ride in the casual Aura Coat, the safety performance comes from its AA-rated abrasion-resistant Armalith® motorcycle denim only; there are no impact pads included out of the box.

The coat’s presence is strong: shoulders back, chin up, it lends a quiet, confident silhouette. It is meant for Mo’cycle Riders who like a long, cinematic coat that still feels structured and composed on and off the bike – for the Impact Sliders and the Airbag Generation who want their everyday look to be as serious as their riding.
This coat is produced in limited pre-order based batches for riders who act before the window closes – not as speculative fashion stock.

CASUAL SHELL – HOW IT FITS INTO YOUR SYSTEM
The Aura Coat – Casual version is a full-length motorcycle-inspired trench made from the same water-repellent, AA-rated Armalith® motorcycle denim as our Melvin Jeans, Emma Jeans, S-series pants and Liam Airbag Vest. It sits in the Mo’cycle system as your long, cinematic abrasion shell – the outer layer in a modular safety setup.
You can:
• Wear it on its own as a long AA-rated abrasion-resistant shell.
• Combine it with a Liam Airbag Vest over the top and Airbag Jeans below to add upper- and lower-body airbag-based impact safety around your existing jacket system.

This way, the Aura Coat becomes the cinematic outer layer in a wider system built around your preferred impact protectors and airbags. You decide how much impact protection you add underneath or on top – the Aura Coat gives you the abrasion performance and presence, your chosen pads and airbags add the impact layer. For many riders, this is the sweet spot: one serious outer shell, different configurations of protection depending on the ride.

VENTILATION & FUNCTION
• Made from AA-rated Armalith® motorcycle denim – offers CE-certified abrasion resistance for real road use.
• Water-repellent outer – helps shed light rain and road spray.
• Discreet protector pockets – internal shoulder, elbow and back protector pockets ready to accept CE impact protectors if you choose to add them later (sold separately).
• Long, double-breasted cut – helps shield the chest and upper legs from wind while riding.
• Ventilation zippers under the arms and along the sides – mesh-backed vents that can be opened for airflow in traffic and closed when it cools down.
• Water-resistant zipper pockets and chest pocket – help keep phone, keys and wallet more sheltered from rain while riding.

The Aura Coat is designed for real commuting, real city miles and real mixed weather. The AA-rated Armalith® outer is built for tarmac, the water-repellent finish helps in light rain, and the vent system gives you control in stop-and-go traffic. For higher impact safety around the torso and neck, we recommend pairing the Aura Coat with the Liam Airbag Vest, which uses the same motorcycle denim and adds airbag-based impact performance over your jacket. That way, your “sci-fi trench” look doubles as part of a serious, layered safety system.

FIT
You put the Aura Coat on and your posture tends to follow – shoulders back, chin up, a calmer feeling inside but a larger presence on the outside. This is intentional: it’s designed for riders who want to feel composed at the lights and confident walking into a meeting.
• The long, tailored cut is designed to follow the body without feeling tight, so you can move naturally on and off the bike.
• The double-breasted front and structured collar create a sharp, composed line that works both with riding boots and city footwear.
• The pattern is designed to layer comfortably over a base jacket or mid-layer without feeling bulky.

On the bike, it can feel like stepping into a role – quiet, controlled, a little bit dangerous in the cinematic sense. Off the bike, many riders notice they get a second look; the coat reads more like a premium fashion trench than technical gear, even though it is built in AA-rated motorcycle denim. For the Airbag Generation, it lets you live in one outfit that works in real life and is designed for those “I didn’t plan to crash today” moments.

PROTECTION/ SAFETY PERFORMANCE

Out of the box, the Aura Coat – Casual version offers:
• AA-rated abrasion resistance through its Armalith® motorcycle denim outer (CE EN 17092-3:2020 or equivalent, model-dependent).

• Protector pockets at shoulders, elbows and back that allow you to add CE impact protectors later (sold separately).

This casual version is sold without impact pads. If you ride in it as delivered, your safety performance comes from:
• The AA-rated abrasion-resistant outer fabric.
• The coat’s long, secure cut that is designed to stay in place better than a short jacket during typical riding positions.

To add impact safety, you can:
• Install CE impact protectors in the shoulder, elbow and back pockets (sold separately).

• Add the Liam Airbag Vest over the coat to add an airbag-based upper-body safety system that helps manage impact energy around the chest, back and neck (sold seperately).

No garment or airbag can guarantee injury prevention, but the Aura Coat – Casual is designed to improve abrasion safety compared to regular fashion trench coats, especially when combined with appropriate impact protectors and/or an airbag vest. The idea is simple: abrasion protection on the outside, impact management on the inside – chosen and configured by you. For Mo’cycle Riders and Impact Sliders, this lets you build a realistic road setup, not a theoretical one.

Don’t miss the deadline, we don’t mass-produce and we don’t make extra units.

We start production from the very beginning: spinning thread, preparing materials, and building the fabric that combines cotton with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for extreme abrasion performance. Then comes the airbag manufacturing, assembly, testing and CE-related processes.

This is a multi-step build. We are not Amazon.

Your specific unit is built in limited pre-order batches for riders who commit during the ordering window – not left waiting in a warehouse.

RELOAD & RIDE AGAIN

The Mo’cycle® airbag module is reusable, provided it remains structurally intact after a crash. The airbag itself is designed to withstand one real-world crash.

The CO₂ cartridge is the consumable part; If you have been in a high-speed crash, replace the complete airbag system. If the crash was a minor incident at low-speed with no visible damage to the airbag, cartridge area, fabric or stitching, carefully inspect it – test inflate with a spare cartridge and inspect the airbag while inflated as well. When in doubt, treat it as a high-speed crash and replace the full airbag system anyway.

Inspect the garment and airbag - Check that nothing is broken, torn or heavily abraded, test inflate and inspect as well.
Replace the spent CO₂ cartridge - Use a new cartridge of the correct size.

Re-arm the trigger - Follow the instructions for your model.
Clip back in and you are ready for the next ride.

Mo’cycle designed and invented the lower-body airbag module. To manufacture it at the level a life-saving device demands, we partnered with Helite in France, a specialist airbag company with R&D, labs, manufacturing, and quality control based in Dijon, France.

Mo’cycle invention - Helite production: we own the design; Helite manufactures it for us.
Made in France & final quality control in Sweden: Helite finalizes the airbag module in France with quality controls before sending it to us in Sweden for final quality checks.
