DESCRIPTION 39-li Airbag Outfit 2-Piece

The 39-li Airbag Outfit 2-Piece is a complete upper- and lower-body airbag bundle built around two core garments: the Liam Airbag Vest and the S39 Airbag-Ready Impact Shorts. Together with the Mo’cycle® Impact Backup V1 airbag module and a full KNOX Micro-Lock® armor set, it turns you into a “moving safety stack” while you still look and feel like a normal rider, not a crash-test dummy.

Liam wraps your chest, ribs, spine, collarbone and neck area in an upper-body airbag, with a Level 2 back protector sitting on the outside of the air bladder for the Mo’cycle “sandwich” effect: armor takes the first hit, airbag manages the energy, your spine is on the inside. S39 locks in the crash zones riders usually neglect – hips, thighs and tailbone – using AAA-rated Armalith® denim, dedicated airbag zipper channel and pockets for hip and knee/shin pads. Clip in once at the vest and once at the shorts, and your whole core becomes part of one mechanical airbag concept.

PROTECTION
This bundle focuses on the places that actually hit the ground first and hardest in real crashes: hips, thighs, tailbone, lumbar spine, chest, ribs, back, collarbone and neck area. The airbags are designed to wrap those zones in a rapidly inflating air bladder, while KNOX Micro-Lock® pads at the back, hips and knees/shins help to spread the force and protect the airbag itself.

The Liam Vest adds upper-body and neck support, helping stabilize the spine when your torso takes a hit. The S39 shorts add lower-body coverage where ordinary jeans and casual shorts are weakest. No equipment can promise injury-free outcomes, but this setup is intended to give you a far better chance than riding in standard gear.

ONE AIRBAG – MULTIPLE GARMENTS
The Mo’cycle® Airbag Module is compatible across all Mo’cycle® Airbag Jeans and Pants — including Melvin, Kian, Patrick, Ava, Emma, Touran, the S51 Adventure Pants and these S39 Impact Shorts. Once you own the module, you can move it between styles to match your ride, your sport and your wardrobe – one airbag, multiple outfits. We start production from the very beginning: spinning thread, preparing materials, and building the fabric that combines cotton with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for extreme abrasion performance. Then comes the airbag manufacturing, assembly, testing and CE-related processes.

This is a multi-step build. We are not Amazon.

RELOAD & RIDE AGAIN

The Mo’cycle® airbag module is reusable, provided it remains structurally intact after a crash. The airbag itself is designed to withstand one real-world crash.

The CO₂ cartridge is the consumable part; If you have been in a high-speed crash, replace the complete airbag system. If the crash was a minor incident at low-speed with no visible damage to the airbag, cartridge area, fabric or stitching, carefully inspect it – test inflate with a spare cartridge and inspect the airbag while inflated as well. When in doubt, treat it as a high-speed crash and replace the full airbag system anyway.

Inspect the garment and airbag - Check that nothing is broken, torn or heavily abraded, test inflate and inspect as well.
Replace the spent CO₂ cartridge - Use a new cartridge of the correct size.

Re-arm the trigger - Follow the instructions for your model.
Clip back in and you are ready for the next ride.

Mo’cycle designed and invented the lower-body airbag module. To manufacture it at the level a life-saving device demands, we partnered with Helite in France, a specialist airbag company with R&D, labs, manufacturing, and quality control based in Dijon, France.

Mo’cycle invention - Helite production: we own the design; Helite manufactures it for us.
Made in France & final quality control in Sweden: Helite finalizes the airbag module in France with quality controls before sending it to us in Sweden for final quality checks.
