PROTECTION

Liam surrounds your torso with an upper-body airbag (around 17 liters when deployed, size-dependent) and is designed to build a firm collar around the base of the helmet to help support the neck when things go wrong. A KNOX Micro-Lock® Level 2 back pad sits on the outside of the airbag inside an AA-rated denim vest shell, forming the outer layer of the upper-body protection stack.

Touran uses AAA-rated Armalith® raw denim to provide abrasion resistance, with the Impact Backup V1 module zipping into an inner channel to surround hips, thighs, lumbar area and tailbone with an airbag. KNOX Micro-Lock® hip pads and Level 2 knee & shin pads add hard impact layers in the zones that most often hit the ground first. Together, the idea is simple: let denim and armor meet the environment first and drive energy into the airbag volumes, so air and inner structure can help spread and manage the hit instead of letting it concentrate on one spot.

No gear can guarantee injury-free outcomes, but combining airbags, CE armor and AA/AAA-rated outer fabrics is designed to give you a far better chance than riding in standard clothing in many real-world crash scenarios.

ONE AIRBAG – MULTIPLE GARMENTS

The Impact Backup V1 lower-body airbag module (60 cc) is compatible with Mo’cycle® airbag jeans and pants that use the hip/thigh module – including Touran today and other jeans and adventure pants in your system wardrobe tomorrow. One module can be moved between compatible garments to match your ride and style – one airbag, multiple outfits.

Liam, as an upper-body airbag vest, is designed to sit over many different jackets. That means your Toli outfit can grow with you: keep the same trusted upper-body airbag while you rotate jackets and build a small wardrobe of compatible lower-body garments that share the same core tech.

Don’t miss the deadline, we don’t mass-produce and we don’t make extra units.

We start production from the very beginning: spinning thread, preparing materials, and building the fabric that combines cotton with UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fibers for extreme abrasion performance. Then comes the airbag manufacturing, assembly, testing and CE-related processes.

This is a multi-step build. We are not Amazon.

• 1× 60 cc CO₂ cartridge for Touran’s lower-body airbag – Matched to the Impact Backup V1 module, pre-fitted for first use and to be replaced after deployment.
• 1× lower-body trigger tether / lanyard – For connecting the Touran/Impact Backup V1 system to your motorcycle.
• 1× upper-body trigger tether / lanyard – For connecting the Liam Airbag Vest to your motorcycle.
