The PAC-002:12/2024 Airbag Protocol represents a new industry safety standard—created exclusively to certify Mo’cycle® Airbag Jeans. Created and tested by the French CE test institute CRITT, this protocol was tailored to validate the unique protection zones of our airbag system, including the lumbar spine, tailbone, hips, and thighs—areas traditional motorcycle apparel does not safeguard.

Our Airbag Jeans have been certified under both FN EN 17092-4:2020 (Class A) for abrasion and impact resistance, and the new PAC-002:12/2024 protocol, confirming the full functionality and deployment reliability of the airbag system. This dual certification makes Mo’cycle the first and only brand to meet both EU PPE standards and a dedicated airbag testing protocol for lower-body motorcycle protection.

The motorcycle denim used in Mo’cycle® Airbag Jeans has been independently tested and achieved CE ratings of both AA and AAA for abrasion resistance,demonstrating exceptional durability and protection in high-impact scenarios.
